Our mission is to increase the number of highly skilled barbers in our community by raising awareness of the long term benefits of barbering, providing financial support for training and developing strategic partnerships we foster growth, entrepreneurship, and a profound sense of belonging.

Kirk Brown is an award-winning nonprofit fundraising executive and community leader. He serves as chief development and communications for the Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta while also being a member of the 100 Black Men of Atlanta, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and a graduate of LEAD Atlanta.

Darrell Hall, DMin, is a family man, pastor, accomplished speaker and published author. As a native Atlantan he serves his community as the Pastor of The Way Community Church and county board member of The Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta. His goal is to inspire significance for the people he serves.
